Josh was amazing, I told him that something in the back of my truck was making noise and he knew exactly what I was talking about and ordered the part right away. I was also taking a small trip with my family and he made sure my car was clean for the trip. Thank you Josh for everything!

Eli needs to do better not only as an employee but as a person. Right before I can even start stating why I took my vehicle in he cuts me off mid sentence with a “I didn’t do it” with an angry tone. Must have been since I said “y’all” and he took that personally. I then responded with “I’m not saying it was you personally.” Fast forward to my vehicle on the lift. Eli calls me to have me look under my vehicle and tell me that they had nothing to do with why I went in because they didn’t work on that area of the vehicle when it went in for prior servicing. He then stated that I “hit something” or “bottomed out” when I only went in because I had about 7 plastic pins that holds the bottom covers go missing. But only one area had the slightest of damage on it. Not to mention that area is higher than most of the bottom of my vehicle so if I would have hit something why is there not a single scratch on the bottom of my vehicle. Thankfully another gentleman and a tech were able to help me out, since they seemed more understanding and people friendly. From start to finish Eli was the only thing ruining my experience. Not sure what upset him that morning, he must have been upset and wanted to go to lunch, I say that cause he parked my vehicle that was finished with service, walked in and grabbed his lunch and walked away without informing me. So he must have been hangry. Never had a bad experience until then. Kind of makes me not want to go back. Please Eli you need to do better buddy.
