Everyone was courteous, friendly and efficient. I will always recommend. The only minor issue was that I asked and was told the dash service reminder had been reset. I didn’t notice until I stopped for gas in Los Fresnos that the service reminder was indeed still coming on at the start of ignition. Perhaps have your service techs double check the boxes, as minor oversights such as this could lead potential customers to question if everything else was performed as requested. Thanks.

Our salesman (Arnold) was patient and super nice. No pressure. We spent nearly all day looking and driving vehicles till we both chose the the ones we liked. A Santa Fe and and Tucson. Arnold was an absolutely excellent salesman. I told him right off the bat that I didn't want any high pressure sales and he honored that. He was very patient as I looked at several vehicles in the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Both the sales and finance managers were great as well getting us the deal we wanted. We even had another salesman named Adler who also was nice enough to help us learn about all the bells and whistles our vehicles have. All in all, we had a great experience!

Had an issue there with my vehicle at first saying that it wasn't covered under warranty due to a curb scratch on the tire for alignment. I was able to talk to a couple of mangers there the general manger and the service manger very professional very nice they talked to there employees about my issue and they resolved it now the car is perfectly fine and also arturo the sales person is very friendly and very nice would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
John was extremely helpful. When I shared about a concern pertaining to a sound my car was making, he checked it out and also had the mechanic drive with me around the parking lot. I am very pleased with the service received at Tipton Hyundai.

Tipton Hyundai just completed a recall service on my 2024 Palisade. I was shocked that the recall involved an entirely new engine. Well, after 5 days in the shop, by the way they provided me with a free rental, and my vehicle was ready. I have been driving it for several days now and am so pleased with the outcome of the service. Rafael, from the service department, was extremely accommodating with this recall service. I highly recommend him and Tipton Hyundai Brownsville.

Went to have my vehicle serviced a week ago. I set an appointment for early morning. I arrived and my vehicle was taken to the back. Had coffee and my vehicle returned in about an hour. Excellent place. Very clean
