I had an appointment at 11:30 and they did not take my car into the shop until 1:30 to do an oil change. By the time I left it was 3 hours. I don’t understand when you have an appointment it take 3 hours to get an oil change.

I really appreciate you took my car for service w/o appt. The only thing was usually when I take my car they take no more than 40min waiting. On this visit it they take almost 2hrs besides the place was empty ! Arnold said that since they were not busy it only should take 20 minutes or so to do the oil change.
